- If your return is authorized, it will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees
- Non-stocked items, bagged items, natural stone and opened boxes of cultured stone cannot be returned.
- All product warranty claims are reviewed individually. If feel your product has failed, please email email@example.com with your claim request.
