Returns & Warranty

Returns: 

  • All sales are final; no returns accepted without pre-authorization
  • If you ordered incorrectly or find the product unsatisfactory for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, please make your request via
    1. Return to the branch
    2. Email store@mutualmaterials.com
  • If your return is authorized, it will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge 
  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees
  • Non-stocked items, bagged items, natural stone and opened boxes of cultured stone cannot be returned.

 

Warranty:

  • All product warranty claims are reviewed individually. If feel your product has failed, please email callcenter@mutualmaterials.com with your claim request.
